Greenlee Disclosure Consulting was started by John Greenlee in 2019. GDC is one of the few disclosure firms whose only business is Continuing Disclosure and debt reporting services. We pride ourselves on a thorough understanding of the current regulatory environment and the nuances involved in accurate and swift reporting of information.

Mr. Greenlee has been active for over 30 years working in the public sector in the California marketplace. His prior experience as an investment banker, financial advisor, credit analyst and commercial lender brings a wealth of knowledge to our disclosure practice, policies and procedures.
