John Greenlee
John Greenlee launched Greenlee Disclosure Consulting (“GDC”) in 2019. GDC’s primary business lines include Annual Continuing Disclosure Reporting, Ongoing Event Filing, Annual Debt Transparency Reporting, Bond Election Services, and forming and coordinating Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committees.
Mr. Greenlee has been active for over 30 years, working in the public sector in the California marketplace. His prior experience as an investment banker, financial advisor, credit analyst, and commercial lender brings a wealth of knowledge to our practice.
Michael Hannah
Michael joined GDC in 2024. A graduate of California State University, Fresno, Michael primarily concentrates on Bond Election Services, Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee Services, and governmental reporting.
Jesse Aragon
Jesse joined GDC in 2020 with a focus on Continuing Disclosure Services and is responsible for clients in the Orange and San Diego Counties. He attended Hancock College and Arizona State University.
